Matcha Latte

Easy to make and a popular choice.
A warm hug in mug.
Cozy, smooth and perfect for daily sipping. -
Ingredients
- 2-3 grams matcha powder
- 60-80 mL hot water (approx. 80°C / 160–175°F)
- 150–200 mL warm milk or plant milk (oat, almond, soy, etc.)
- Sweetener to taste (brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, etc.) — optiona

Directions
- Place your chasen in some warm water to soak for a moment.
- Pour a little hot water into the chawan to warm it. Discard the water and dry the bowl.
- Sift 2 - 3 grams of matcha into the bowl for a lump-free, velvety consistency.
- Pour in approx. 60-80mL of hot water (not boiling!).
- Using a chasen, whisk briskly in a zig-zag motion until a light froth forms on the surface.
- Heat milk to a temperature of about 65'C. Use an automatic frothing machine or electric whisk if you have one.
- Add milk and sweetener to cup and pour in your matcha.
- Enjoy!
Iced Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 2-4 grams of matcha powder
- 50 - 70 mL of hot water (80'C)
- 1 - 1.5 cup milk
- Ice cubes
- Sweetener (optional)

- Sift 2 - 3 grams of matcha into the bowl for a lump-free, velvety consistency.

- Add sweetener or flavouring of choice to the bottom of your glass.
- Fill glass with ice and add milk or milk alternative.
- Top with your matcha mix.
- Stir and enjoy!
Strawberry Iced Matcha

Sweet meets earthy.
Fruity, creamy, vibrant, refreshing. -
Ingredients
- 4-5 fresh strawberries (or 2-3 TBsp strawberry purée)
- 1–2 TBsp of sweetener (maple syrup, sugar, or honey)
- 3 grams matcha powder
- 60 mL hot water (80°C / 160–175°F)
- 150–200 mL milk or plant milk
- Ice

Directions
- Make the strawberry base: Blend strawberries with sweetener until smooth (or mash with a fork). Add to the bottom of your glass.
- Fill the glass with ice, then pour in your milk over the strawberry layer. Leave space at the top.
- Prepare your matcha. Sift matcha into a small bowl, add hot water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Slowly pour the matcha over the milk layer to create that beautiful green-to-pink ombré effect.
- Stir + sip (or don’t stir and enjoy the gradient look)
